So, here's the deal. To call international phone dial like this when you are prompted to enter your destination number:
011 + Country Code + City Code + Destination Landline Number
or if you're calling to a cell phone:
011 + Country Code + Cell Phone Number
WITHIN US
To call within USA the dialing instructions are:
1 + Area Code + Destination Number within the area code
