Connection fee prepaid calling cards or international long distance phone cards are in my opinion the worst calling cards ever invented. Especially for long distance international calls.
I will let you see for yourselves but believe me I know more about prepaid phone cards than you could ever know. This website is mearly 10% of what I know as it would take me ages to build a vaster calling cards website by miself.
The advantage of connection fee prepaid international calling cards is that the rate per minute is smaller than with the regular long distance phone cards.
The BIG disadvantage is that you get to pay a connection fee each time you call through your calling card and get connected to your destination phone number. You could say .. so what if I pay a connection fee?
I'll tell you from experience that calling cards users 30% of the times reach an answering machine at their destination phone number. And guess what? You will pay the connection fee even for that short connection for leaving a message. You can surely see how your prepaid calling card balance gets decimated on such calls?
Let's say you are using your prepaid long distance phone calling card and the call disconnects. What do you do? You hang up and redial to your destination phone number. That will charge you the connection fee again...
Had enough? If you're still not convinced to avoid prepaid international calling cards with a connection fee then go ahead and try one. Don't say I didn't warn you though!
